Camp Descriptions:

Nature Detectives
Ages 6-9
June 9-13, 9 am-3 pm

Calling all curious campers! Who left that footprint? Why is the sky so blue? When do flowers bloom? Start your summer sleuthing with a week of nature’s greatest mysteries! Together, we’ll dig up answers to who, what, when, where, and why—all hidden in the wild wonders around us.

Tracks and Traces
Ages 6-9
June 16-20, 9 am-3 pm

Follow the clues, paw by paw! Let your young explorer join this exciting adventure to uncover nature’s secrets. From animal footprints and mysterious scat to hidden nests and other clues, campers will learn to read the “diary of the forest” left behind by its furry, feathered, and scaly residents.

Mad Science
Ages 10-12
June 23-27, 9 am-3 pm

Science meets nature in this elemental camp! Gear up for a week of hands-on experiments where Mother Nature is our lab! Campers will play games, create nature-inspired crafts, and dive into thrilling experiments.

My Big Backyard
Ages 6-9
June 22-28, 9 am-3 pm

Discover the wonders of nature! Explore our 2.5 acre family garden, where every day is an adventure. From flower beds to buzzing bees, campers will dig into the natural world and discover the wonders all around them.

DIRTy Jobs
Ages 13-15
July 14-18, 9 am-3 pm

Roll up your sleeves and learn what it takes to keep a botanic garden blooming! From planting and composting to urban gardening and more, this hands-on camp is perfect for teens ready to make a difference (and get their hands a little messy).

Grossology
Ages 6-9
July 21-25, 9 am-3 pm

The slimy, stinky, icky side of nature! Dive into a delightfully disgusting week of nature’s grossest wonders! Dissect owl pellets, investigate slug slime, and meet some stinky plants. By the end of the week, campers will be saying “WOW!” (instead of “Ewwww!”).

Garden Growers
Ages 10-12
July 28-August 1, 9 am-3 pm

Let’s grow together! Spend the week getting to the root of what makes gardens grow. From plants and flowers to trees and bees, campers will dig into the magic of gardening with fun, hands-on activities that leave them buzzing with excitement.
