Fantastical Fairy Houses

March 3, 1-4 pm

Learn how to create your very own fairy house for your garden with the help of Becky Zee. In this class, you will be taught the basics of ceramic work, including pinch pot and slab construction, which will serve as the foundation for your tiny home. Becky will then guide you through the process of cutting windows and doors, attaching trim, creating texture, and adding detail to your work. All skill levels are welcome, and children aged 10 and above can also participate with a parent. Once your fairy house is completed, you will be provided with a variety of clay paints to give it a touch of colorful magic. All necessary materials and tools will be provided, and the class fee includes their use. Please wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Your fairy house will be given a waterproof clear glaze and fired off-site.
