Heather Jones Exhibition

“Trained as a graphic designer, Heather Jones is a self-taught painter. Native to Memphis, she imagines and creates delight-driven works using bold colors, lines, and unassuming imagery. Significant artistic influences include her father‘s bohemian approach to creativity as well as her mother’s disciplined style in both fine and graphic art. Heather elaborates on her process, ‘I’m inspired by notions and emotions which remind me that our lives are works in progress, a tapestry masterpiece in the hands of our Creator.’ Heather’s current pieces are primarily watercolor and fine liner with a bit of gouache.
