Garden Discovery Days

Join us for monthly drop-in craft and activity stations on the second Saturday of each month designed to get your kiddos outside & exploring the great outdoors.

2025 Schedule

• June 14: Bird’s the word. Decorate binoculars to look for birds and learn why bees are the bee’s knees!
• July 12: Are you tomato-tally in love with pizza? Drop by & learn about the fruits, vegetables, & herbs that go into pizza.
• August 9: Soak up the sun as you make a flower or leaf bookmark and enjoy the last days of summer by reading in the Garden.
• September 13: Stop by for some amuse-mint where you can smell and taste varieties of different mints.
• October 11: Life is gourd! Did you know that maracas traditionally were made from gourds? Decorate your own maracas on this fun fall day. 
• November 8: Fall in love with autumn while learning unbe-leaf-able facts about the changing colors of the fall and do a leaf craft.

No registration is necessary. Free with Garden admission. Canceled if raining.
