Join us for an immersive workshop where you’ll learn how to connect with nature and embrace the abundance of fall through foraging and growing your own seasonal plants. Discover the benefits of harvesting local flora in the crisp autumn air and explore how these plants can enhance your health and wellness as the colder months approach.

During this class, we’ll focus on identifying in-season plants that can be both foraged and grown in your own garden, perfect for supporting your immune system and overall well-being. Whether you’re battling a cough, sniffles, or sneezes, you’ll learn how to turn these natural ingredients into powerful remedies like Fire Cider, a traditional immune-boosting tonic. Bring your own jars or containers, and we’ll guide you through crafting your own batch of this herbal elixir, filled with foraged and locally grown herbs.

To keep you cozy throughout the workshop, we’ll be serving warm, spiced chai. You’ll also get a taste of the rich history of chai tea, its roots in Ayurvedic tradition, and how it became a beloved beverage around the world. As we sip, we’ll discuss how chai’s warming herbs and spices complement fall’s foraged plants in supporting your health through the seasonal transition.
