Emmett Havens, visual artist: “This is to take you with me on a journey into the abstract.  I take my inspiration from everything around us. Abstraction allows me the freedom to test new concepts, push the limits of creation, and, ultimately, see the unseen.  The purpose of these works are to provoke thought and conversation by giving the viewer an opportunity to see their own vision within my work. In this collection of early and present-day abstracts, you will follow my journey to create a New Art History.  Thank you for allowing me to guide you on this trip.”
