“Though we might not always be conscious of it, color impacts our mood, behavior, and emotional responses. Many of us have a favorite color that for indefinable reasons resonates with us. Spanning a broad spectrum of chromatic diversity, the abstract works in ‘Compositions in Color’ explore the range of human responses to color with a symphony of hues, bold contrasts, improvisation and structure, and unexpected harmonies. A celebration of form, tone, and composition, ‘Compositions in Color’ invites viewers to immerse themselves in a visual medley where abstraction meets the music of color.”
There will be a reception on April 7 from 2:30-4 pm.
