Charges for programs include an instructor to lead your group, supplies for exciting take-home projects, Garden admission, and a chance to picnic in our Pine Grove (tables are first come, first served, so you may want to bring blankets.)
To register, call Memphis Botanic Garden at 636-4126 during business hours. Please have desired program name, date, and number of students participating ready when registering.
We have a minimum registration of 15 students for all programs, excluding educational events/festivals. You may schedule a program for fewer students, but you will be expected to pay for 15.
We require a $75 deposit for all programs, due two weeks before the program date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your program.
Checks should be written for the number of students who actually come that day and made payable to Memphis Botanic Garden. Cash and credit cards are also accepted.
We must be notified of cancellations or considerable changes in number of students at least 2 weeks before your scheduled program.

If you are registered for a tour and decide not to come due to inclement weather, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can notify instructors. We will be happy to reschedule your visit for the next available date that your students can enjoy the Garden, or we can refund your deposit if you can’t work out an alternative date.
Entry location may vary for programs or special events; details will be provided when you confirm. Buses can drive to the main entrance to allow students to enter and exit. Please have students wait outside main entrance while one teacher checks in.
In order to accommodate as many groups as possible, our programs must operate on a tight time schedule. For larger groups, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early for unloading and class organization. Programs may have to be cut short for groups arriving late.
