Libby Anderson explains, “Although my earliest childhood wasn’t spent in the South, by the time I was ten years old, I was entrenched in Mississippi through the rest of school and college. Except for a time when I was in Pennsylvania for nine years, the South has been home for me. My story comes through the beautiful flowers and landscape I see around me here in Tennessee and memories of my childhood. My paintings tell those stories.”
