Shuttle Hours

  • Shuttle service begins at 5:00 pm
  • Runs continuously throughout the evening
  • Ends after the concert at approximately midnight

Venue Drop-Off & Pick-Up Location

  • Pre-show drop-off and post-show pick-up occur on Cherry Road, south of Southern Avenue
  • If a shuttle is not present when you arrive, please wait in the designated area—another shuttle will return shortly

To improve post-show traffic flow, additional shuttles are added to help guests return to their vehicles more quickly.

What to Expect on the Shuttle

  • Air-conditioned coaches
  • Overhead storage for small personal items
  • Exterior luggage compartment for larger items
  • Coolers are allowed on the shuttle. (Size limits: Inside shuttle (on lap): 12" x 12" x 12"; Exterior compartment: 20" x 20" x 20")
  • Chairs are allowed on the shuttle stored overhead or in the exterior compartment 
  • Space is limited and available first come, first served

Free general parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

Free Parking Entrance

  • Enter from Perkins Extended
  • Located at Cancer Survivor Park, across from Theatre Memphis

Parking Opens: 4:30 pm

Accessible parking is available for patrons with a valid disabled driver or passenger license plate or other authorized identification. These spaces are first come, first served.

The correct show Cherry Road Parking Pass MUST be displayed inside the driver’s side windshield and clearly visible through the front windshield at all times upon arrival at checkpoints and while the vehicle is parked on the premises. Those without the correct parking pass properly displayed may be turned away.

Location:
Marine Sales Parking Lot, off Cherry Road

  • This lot is only accessible to guests with a valid parking pass
  • Parking passes are extremely limited and are currently sold out

Important Note:
Your Cherry Road Parking Pass will guarantee you a parking spot. However, due to the nature of the Audubon Golf Course redesign, you may be directed to a nearby area if the Marine Sales Parking Lot is full or deemed unsuitable for parking.

Parking Pass Lot Entrances

  • Paid parking entrance from Southern Avenue (eastbound) onto Cherry Road
  • Paid parking entrance from Park Avenue (westbound) onto Cherry Road

All rideshare pick-ups and drop-offs are centralized at:

Cancer Survivor Park
Located off Perkins Road, across from Theatre Memphis

Rideshare drivers should:

  • Turn into Cancer Survivor Park
  • Proceed to the designated drop-off/pick-up area

Important Tip:
Please request your rideshare well before the end of the concert due to heavy post-show traffic and high demand.

All guests entering Radians Amphitheater will be security wanded.

This practice is required by many touring acts and helps ensure a safe environment for guests, volunteers, staff, and performers.

All patrons and all items are subject to search.

  • Gate A: General Admission Lawn & Pit (season and individual tickets)
  • Gate B: Tables 150–378
  • Gate C: Tables 1–115

Please have your tickets open and ready to scan before approaching the gate.

Reentry is not allowed.

All ages welcome, but everyone needs a ticket. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Click Sign In in the upper right corner
  • Log in using your Ticketmaster account credentials
  • From there, you can view, transfer, or manage your tickets

No audio or visual recording devices (including video) are allowed. However, you may take photos before or after concert performances. No photos are allowed during the performances.

Live at the Garden guests may bring:

Lawn Seating

  • Lawn seating is general admission
  • First come, first-served
  • No assigned seats (row/seat numbers are for tracking only)
  • Chairs are not provided—guests may bring their own
  • Concerts are broadcast to the lawn via large video screens and sound systems

Pit Information

  • Pit tickets are General Admission lawn tickets with pit access
  • Upon entering the venue, present your ticket just inside Gate A to pick up a wristband for entry into the pit
  • Pit is standing-room only
  • Drinks must be poured into a provided plastic cup before entering the pit
  • Not allowed in the Pit:
    • Bags, backpacks, purses
    • Coolers
    • Glass bottles
    • Chairs

Table Information

  • Tickets are sold by the season and are sold out. Click here to sign up for the table waitlist.
  • Upon entering the venue, present your ticket to the appropriate location to pick up a wristband for entry into the table section
  • Open flames of any kind are not allowed.
  • Wagon & large cooler parking areas are available on the west & east side of the table section.

Accessible Lawn Area

  • Located to the right of the metal structure in the center of the venue

Portable restrooms are available for general guests:

  • On each side of the Kroger Food Court between Gate A & B.
  • On the east side of the venue near the lake

Permanent restrooms are reserved for Encore guests and are located near the Encore lounge.

Radians Amphitheater is a non-smoking venue.

A designated smoking area is located on the east side of the venue near the lake.

Concerts are rain or shine, except in cases of dangerous weather.

There are no refunds, exchanges, or rain checks due to weather.

Lost items turned in during or after a concert are delivered to the Memphis Botanic Garden Visitors Center on the Monday following the concert.

If you’ve lost an item, please call (901) 636-4100 on the Monday after the show.

Live at the Garden, Radians Amphitheater, and Memphis Botanic Garden are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
