Come Cruise Alaska: Ann Brown Thomason Exhibition

February 2-April 29. On view in Fratelli’s Cafe Monday-Saturday from 10 am-2 pm.

“I retired from my medical practice in the fall of 2020, which gave me time to dedicate to art. I became more active in multiple art organizations in the Memphis community, as well as the forgotten coast area of Florida, where we have a second home. My areas of interest are seascapes, bay scenes, and landscapes in oil depicting primarily a representational style. Many paintings are taken from my photographs while traveling, including this show of a 2023 cruise in Alaska. I have exhibited with Artists’Link, Memphis Germantown Art League, and Bartlett Art Association, and in groups of 4 to 5 artists in various local Memphis venues. I have had solo exhibitions at the Memphis Botanic Garden, Memphis Jewish Home and Rehab Center, and Playhouse On The Square in Memphis, TN. I have been serving as the President of Artists’ Link for the past two years.”
