Ceramic Silly Pots with Becky Ziemer

Get ready to create some crazy creatures in this ceramics class, perfect for your favorite houseplants! Your instructor, Becky Zee, will guide you through the basics of pinch pot construction and show you how to add elements like eyes, teeth, horns, hair, legs, or anything else you want to make your creation truly unique. You’ll be able to finish off your critter with colorful clay paints, giving it a zany personality, all in one session.

All skill levels are welcome, and children are welcome to attend with an adult (must be at least 10 years old, and all participants must have a ticket). All completed pieces will be given a waterproof, clear glaze and will be fired off-site. Your finished pots will be brought back to MBG for pickup two weeks after the class. Class fee includes all supplies and tools needed. Please wear clothes you feel comfortable getting clay or paint on.
